12:21. Removal and installation of a front seat

REMOVAL

ATTENTION

VAS 5094 adapter is necessary for removal of a front seat with a side safety cushion.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Shift a seat manually or by means of the electric drive forward.
2. Remove a back cover of guides of a seat from a channel, address the subsection Removal and installation of a cover of a guide of a seat from a channel.
3. Remove a back cover of guides of a seat from the tunnel, address the subsection Removal and installation of a cover of a guide of a seat from the tunnel.
4. Uncover –1–.
5. Turn out screws of fastening –2–.
6. Take out from a guide clips –3–.
7. At cars with the electric drive of adjustment of seats. Displace a seat completely forward or back.
8. Disconnect a negative cable (–) of the rechargeable battery at the switched-off ignition.
ATTENTION

Attention: Thereof information from electronic blocks of memory, such as, a radio receiver code is erased. Without code the radio receiver can be switched on only by the manufacturer or HUNDRED AUDIS. Therefore get acquainted with the subsection Input of a Code of the Radio Receiver.

9. Cars with heating of seats: Rasstykuyte socket of heating and electric drive of seats.
10. Cars with side safety cushions: Rasstykuyte the socket of a side safety cushion and definition of provision of a seat also attach VAS 5094 adapter. Attention: Before undocking of shtekerny connection of a side pillow remove an electrostatic charge for what concern a latch of a door or a body. The adapter of a pillow has to remain attached until the seat is not established again, address the subsection Connection of a Crossing Point of Conducting of a Safety Cushion.
11. Remove a floor mat around the directing tire.
12. Displace a seat from a guide back.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Insert a seat behind into the directing tire so that it the forward ram-5-and back rollers –4– completely was in a guide.
2. If the mechanism of adjustment of a seat has the heavy course, grease with jellied lubricant the ram.
3. If necessary join the socket of heating and adjustment of a seat.
4. If necessary, disconnect VAS 5094 adapter. Attach the socket of a side safety cushion and definition of provision of a seat. At the same time you watch that the ledge on the plug was above.
5. Squeeze a clip –3– and tighten screws-2 m 23 N.' moment.
6. Establish a cover –1–. Pay attention to the instruction in the subsection Adjustment of Light of Headlights.
7. Establish covers of guides from a seat and a channel, address the subsections Removal and installation of a cover of a guide of a seat from a channel and Removal and installation of a cover of a guide of a seat from the tunnel.
8. Include ignition.
9. Close doors.
10. Attach a negative cable (–) to the rechargeable battery.
