Handle of a forward door. Models with number of the chassis since 8L XA 000 001

ATTENTION

The handle represented on an illustration is installed on cars with number of the chassis since
8L XA 000 001.
1 – handle support. The cylinder of the lock belongs to a support and cannot separately be removed.
2 – lock finger. At installation the stopper has to capture the hinged lever completely.		3 - hinged lever

ATTENTION

Starting with number of the chassis 8L XA 000 01, the lock and the handle of the changed design is put. Removal of the handle of the changed design is considered in the subsection Removal and installation of an internal slip covered.
The handle and the cylinder of the lock can be removed separately. For this purpose it is necessary to follow the corresponding instructions.

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the holder of adjusting elements of a door, address the subsection Removal and installation of a forward door and the holder of adjusting elements.
2. Disconnect a cover –7– and take out it below from the door lock.
3. Disconnect safety draft –8– at the handle.
4. Disconnect safety draft –10– at the lock-3-cylinder.
5. Turn a bracket –4– down (against the direction of the movement) and take out the lock cylinder.
6. Turn out the screw-6-.
7. Remove a peak –1–.
8. Remove a lining –2–.
9. Remove the handle-5-from within.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a peak –1– lined –2–.
2. Install the handle of a door –5– from within and squeeze it with a slip.
3. Fix the handle by the screw-6-at a slip.
4. Insert the cylinder of the lock-3-and record a bracket –4–. For this purpose establish a bracket at the cylinder of the lock and incline forward (in the direction of the movement).
5. Fix the hinged plug-2-(if she acted) in the spuskny lever-1-at the lock cylinder.
6. Connect lock draft –3 cylinders of the lock to the hinged plug-2-.
7. Insert lock draft –3– into a clip –4–.
8. Insert lock draft –1– into a clip –2– so that the lever-4-had a gap and = 1 mm.
9. After adjustment of a gap displace the plug-3-at a clip –2– up and thus record lock draft.
10. Connect lock draft –8– at the handle-5-(address the illustration Handle of a Forward Door and Cylinder of the Lock).
11. Put from below a cover –7– and record it from above.
12. Insert the holder, address the subsection Removal and installation of a forward door and the holder of adjusting elements.

Removal of an overlay of the handle

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Pull the handle up.
2. Take out the small screw-driver a lock level from the handle in the direction of an arrow and take out the handle.
3. Remove outside a handle peak.

Models with number of the chassis since 8L XA 000 001

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove facing of a door and the holder.
2. Take out a lock finger –2– and lift the hinged lever-3-up.
3. Release the screw-driver a level at a handle-1-support.
4. Remove a support of the handle and the cylinder of the lock with the handle.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is carried out in the return sequence.
