REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lower glass-2-completely down.
2. Remove facing of a door, address the subsection Removal and installation of facing of a door.
3. Remove the holder of adjusting elements of a door –1–, address the subsection Removal and installation of a forward door and the holder of adjusting elements.
4. Mark a felt-tip pen the provision of glass concerning support-4-on height and in the longitudinal direction.
5. Turn out screws-5-.
6. Take out glass from support-4-up.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Insert glass into support-4-.
2. Repeated installation: establish glass according to earlier put markings. If new glass is established, insert it into a guide and displace in the direction of a rack In against the stop.
3. New glass: lift glass a window regulator without screw-5-completely up and then close a support
– 4–.
4. Screw screws-5-and tighten their moment 4.5 N • m.
5. Establish the holder, address the subsection Removal and installation of a forward door and the holder of adjusting elements.
6. Establish facing of a door, address the subsection Removal and installation of facing of a door.

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove facing of a door, address the subsection Removal and installation of facing of a door.
2. Remove the holder –1–, address the subsection Removal and installation of a forward door and the holder of adjusting elements.
3. Zasverlite of a head of rivets –6–.
4. Beat out rivets a drift.
5. Remove a window regulator –3–.
6. Beat out rivets from the holder.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Insert a window regulator –3– in the holder –1–.
2. Fix a window regulator by new rivets. The special tool, for example, of HAZET 1963 is for this purpose used.
3. Establish the holder, address the subsection Removal and installation of a forward door and the holder of adjusting elements.
4. Establish facing of a door, address the subsection Removal and installation of facing of a door.
