12:32. Removal and installation of a cable of the drive of the lock of a cowl

Cowl lock drive cable
1 drive of the lock of a cowl

Removal
- turn out screws of fastening-4-.
- disconnect a cable-3-
- remove the cowl lock drive
2 – plug
3 – cable
4 – self-tapping screw, 1.5 N • m		5 – bolt, 20 N • m
6 – cowl lock
7 – clips
8 – the clip is forward
9 – the clip is back
10 – consolidation
The cable has to pass through consolidation, as shown in an illustration.

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the cowl lock drive, see above.
2. Remove brackets –7– from the holder of the lock.
3. Remove clips-8-and-9-from a wing.
4. Remove consolidation –10–.
5. Disconnect a cable from the lock of a cowl –6– and stretch it under a wing.
6. Unscrew 2 screws of fastening at the cable drive in salon, around legs and disconnect a cable at the handle.
7. Stretch a cable via the plug-2-in salon.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Pass a new cable via the plug-2-throughout a motive compartment from within.
2. Connect a cable to the handle of the drive and fix by two screws around the driver's legs.
3. Connect a cable to the cowl lock.
4. Lay a cable, as shown in an illustration.
5. Connect a cable to the lock drive.
6. Fix the cowl lock drive by-1 self-tapping screw-4-.
7. Fix a cable by clips-8-and-9-, under a wing.
8. Establish clips –7– on the holder of the lock.
