Back door, beam of adjusting elements
1 – bolt, 30 N • m
2 – the door is back
3 – lining. Is established if necessary. Before removal write down quantity and thickness of linings. At assembly establish the same linings on the same place.
4 – beam of adjusting elements		5 - adjusting wedge. By movement of a wedge the door inclination around the Page rack can be changed. Adjustment is carried out by analogy with a forward door
6 – bolt, 30 N • m
7 – cable. Connects to the door lock.

Top loop of a door
1 – the bolt, is established from within, 30 N • by m
2 – door loop top
3 – cover, 23 N • m		4 - bolt, 30 N • m
5 – Torx screw, 30 N • m

Lower loop of a door
1 – the loop is lower
2 – the door is forward
3 – bolt, 30 N • m		4 – Torx screw, 30 N • m
5 – bolt, 30 N • m

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove facing of a door.
2. Turn out screws-1-and-5-.
3. Take out a beam up.
4. Disconnect a cable of blocking of a door.
5. Disconnect a casing at a rack In and a rasstykuyta electric and pneumatic connections.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Insert a beam into a door and slightly fix by screws-1-and-6-and an adjusting wedge –5–.
2. Tighten screws of fastening-1-and-6-in the sequence and, b, c d.
3. Insert maple a door element. Adjust maple an element by analogy with a forward door.
