13:23. Removal and installation of the control panel

Sockets on a reverse side of the control panel
And – the socket 32 contacts, blue
In – the socket 32 contacts, green
With – the socket of 20 contacts, red. Only execution of "Higline"
1 – control lamp of driving beam, 1.2 W		2 - control lamp of the ASR traction control system, 1.2 W (additional equipment)
3 – control lamp of the index of turn of the trailer, 1.2 W

In the control panel only control lamps which are glow lamps can be replaced. With any other malfunctions in the block it needs to be replaced entirely.

If the control panel needs to be replaced, before removal it is necessary to consider data from memory of malfunctions. Besides, by means of the AUDI diagnostic unit there can be schitana and values of the index of intervals of service and a condition of the counter of a run are written down (work HUNDRED).
ATTENTION

Removal of a steering wheel is not required. On the subsequent illustrations the steering wheel for the best review is not shown.

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Completely extend a steering wheel with the mechanism of adjustment and displace it down.
2. Press sideways a cover –1– up and then extend a cover from the dashboard.
3. Turn out 2 screws with crosswise shliyets –1–.
4. Take out a combination of devices forward.
5. Cut a cable connector from a reverse side of a combination of devices.
6. Release stoppers of the plug and separate shtekerny connections from a reverse side of a combination of devices.
7. Replace the damaged lamps if it is possible.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is carried out in the sequence, the return to removal.
2. If the combination of devices was replaced, adjust the index of intervals of service and the counter of the passable distance (work HUNDRED).
