| 1. Disconnect a negative cable (–) of the rechargeable battery at the switched-off ignition. |
ATTENTION
Thereof information from electronic blocks of memory as, for example, a radio receiver code is erased. Without code the radio receiver can be switched on only by the manufacturer or HUNDRED AUDIS. Therefore study data in the subsection Input of a Code of the Radio Receiver.

| 2. Remove a front bumper, at the same time address the subsection Removal and installation of bumpers. |
| 3. Merge cooling liquid. |
| 4. Disconnect hoses from a radiator for what remove sideways clips. |
| 5. Rasstykuyte the thermostat socket (at a radiator) and the fan. |

6. Turn out fastening bolts –1 bumpers on both sides of the car. |
| 7. Weaken bolts of fastening –2– on both sides, without turning out them. |
| Especially for cars with the conditioner: |
ATTENTION
It is not necessary to open a contour of cooling of the conditioner. Hit of liquid on skin can cause a frostbite.
It is not necessary to overwind, squeeze or bend pipelines and hoses of the conditioner.

| 8. Turn off bolts of fastening –4– and remove the condenser from a radiator, at the same time address an accompanying illustration. |
| 9. Fix the condenser on a body (suspend) so that not to load cooling system pipelines/hoses. |
| All cars: |
| 10. Turn out 4 bolts of fastening –3 radiators. Lower a radiator with the fan down. |
| INSTALLATION |
| 11. If new details are established, fix them as follows: |

12. Holder of the fan moment of 10 N of m, bolts –1–. |
| 13. Thermoswitch –2 moment of 35 N of m. |
| 14. Holders-3-and-4-put on a radiator. |
| 15. Establish a radiator by means of the assistant and fix by the moment 10 N of m. |
| 16. Cars with the conditioner: Fix the condenser by the moment of 10 N of m. |
| 17. Install the forward panel, at the same time address the subsection Removal and installation of the panel of the lock of a cowl. |
| 18. Join the socket of a thermoswitch and the fan. |
| 19. Put on cooling system hoses on a radiator with new sealing rings and record clips. |
| 20. Establish a front bumper, at the same time address the subsection Removal and installation of bumpers. |
| 21. Attach a negative cable (–) to the rechargeable battery. |
ATTENTION
Make active automatic equipment of safety of window regulators, enter a radio receiver code, establish hours, at the same time address the subsection Input of a Code of the Radio Receiver.

| 22. Fill system with cooling liquid, at the same time address the subsection Replacement of Cooling Liquid. |
