| 3. Take off maple a belt of the drive of the pump of cooling liquid, address the subsection Removal and installation of a ridge maple belt. |
| 4. Unscrew 3 screws of fastening with an internal hexagon and remove a natyazhitel from the holder. |
| 5. Install the piston of the first cylinder in VMT. Weaken a tension of a gear belt and remove it only above from a camshaft pulley, address the subsection Removal, installation and a tension of a gear belt. |
ATTENTION The damper of tortional fluctuations and the lower casing of a belt can be not removed.

| 6. For protection of a gear belt against the following cooling liquid close a belt a rag. |
| Petrol engine |
| 7. Engine of 150 h.p.: Turn off bolts of fastening and remove a broad tank. Take him aside with the attached hoses. Remove a pipe of the forced air around the pump of cooling liquid for what weaken collars. |

Engines of 1.6 l: Turn out bolts-1-and-5-and remove a back protective cover of a gear belt-2-. |
| 9. All engines: Turn off 3 bolts of fastening of the pump of cooling liquid-4-and remove it, having carefully removed along an engine support. Remove a sealing ring –3–. |
| 10. Uncover a gear belt. |
| INSTALLATION |
| 11. Carefully clear sealing surfaces for a ring. |

Moisten a new sealing ring with cooling liquid and insert. |
| 13. Install the pump of cooling liquid. The provision of installation at all engines: The stopper in the case shows down. |
| 14. Engine of 1.6 l: Establish into place a back protective cover of a gear belt. Tighten a bolt –1 moment of 20 N of m, address an illustration. |

Fix the pump of cooling liquid by three bolts the moment of 15 N of m. |
| 16. Establish a gear belt, at the same time address the subsection Removal, installation and a tension of a gear belt. |

Fix a natyazhitel of a maple belt by three screws with an internal hexagon the moment 25 N of m. |
| 18. Establish maple a belt, at the same time address the subsection Removal and installation of a ridge maple belt. |

Fill system with cooling liquid, at the same time address the corresponding subsection. |
| 20. Engine of 150 h.p.: Fix a broad tank. Insert a pipe of the forced air around the pump of cooling liquid, fix collars. |
| Diesel engine |
| 21. Disconnect fuel hoses (the shooters of an accompanying illustration) at TNVD. For this purpose open collars and shift them back. Close fuel hoses, for example, by means of polyethylene and rubber rings to exclude hit in system of dirt. |
| 22. Rasstykuyte the socket-2 of the sensor of temperature/pressure of the soaking-up pipe. |
| 23. Remove a pipe of air supply –1–, having weakened collars. |
| 24. Remove the lower pipe of air supply –2–, having weakened bolts-1-and-3-. |
| 25. Take off a gear belt from pulleys of the camshaft and TNVD, address the subsection Installation of the Piston of the first cylinder in VMT. |
| 26. Disconnect the rejecting roller –2–. |
| 27. Remove a fastening bolt –1– rejecting a roller and press a roller approximately on 30 mm down. |
| 28. Turn off 3 bolts of fastening –3 pumps of cooling liquid-4-and carefully take out it. Remove a sealing ring –5–. |
| INSTALLATION

| 29. Carefully clear a surface under a sealing ring. |
| 30. Moisten a new sealing ring with cooling liquid and put it into place. |
| 31. Install the pump of cooling liquid. Position of the pump: the stopper in the case has to look down. |
| 32. Fix the pump by three bolts the moment of 15 N of m. |
| 33. Fix the rejecting roller by a new bolt –1–. Tighten a bolt at first the moment of 40 N of m, then tighten a bolt a rigid key on a corner 90 ° (1/4 turns). |
| 34. Establish a gear belt, address the subsection Installation of the Piston of the first cylinder in VMT. |
| 35. Tighten 3 screws of fastening of a natyazhitel the moment of 25 N of m. |
| 36. Fix a pipe of the forced air on the holder, fix collars. |
| 37. Establish maple a belt, address the subsection Removal and installation of a maple belt. |
| 38. Fill system with liquid, address the subsection Replacement of Cooling Liquid. |
