11.3.2. Removal and installation of a steering wheel
REMOVAL
ATTENTION
Before removal of the block a safety cushion surely take the appropriate measures of safety.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

| 1. Remove the safety cushion block, address the subsection Removal and installation of the block of a safety cushion. |
| 2. Establish wheels directly, a steering wheel in the central situation. |
| 3. Mark paint or a chertilka the provision of a steering wheel in relation to a steering shaft. |

4. Disconnect a steering wheel – 1– and remove it from a steering shaft. |
| 5. Do not change the provision of a steering column (the direct provision of wheels). |

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER
|
1. Put on a steering wheel shlitsevy connection of a shaft so that the markings put earlier coincided.
ATTENTION
At installation of a steering wheel steering wheels have to stand directly, and the switch of signals of turn has to hold average position.

| 2. Fix a steering wheel on a carving. Tighten the screw with internal teeths – 2 moment of 60 N • m. If there is a six-sided screw – 1–, tighten its moment 75 N • m. |
| 3. Install into place the safety cushion block, address the subsection Removal and installation of the block of a safety cushion. |
| 4. Pass on the car and check the provision of a steering wheel at the rectilinear movement. Spokes of a steering wheel have to be in horizontal position. |
| 5. If the steering wheel costs slantwise, remove it and rearrange. If necessary check a track of forward wheels (work HUNDRED). |
| 6. Check a sound signal and a reset of the switch of signals of turn. |
