2. Thickness of a brake disk needs to be measured always in the thinnest place. It is possible to measure thickness of a brake disk by means of a usual caliper. For this purpose on each party of a disk it is necessary to enclose the corresponding thickness a lining (for example, a coin). Then it is necessary to subtract thickness of linings from the value received as a result of measurement. |

3. The sizes of brake disks are specified in Specifications. |
4. At achievement of a limit of wear the disk needs to be replaced. |
5. In the presence of big cracks or zadir more than 0.5 mm in depth the disk needs to be replaced. |
6. Establish wheels so that the markings put at removal of wheels coincided. Wrap bolts of fastening of wheels. Lower the car on wheels. Tighten fastening bolts cross-wise the moment of 120 N • m. It is not necessary to grease bolts of fastening of wheels. |
