5.4.4. Checking of system of release

After each installation of details of system of release it is necessary to make its checking, for an exception of any tension in the elements of system able to lead to cracks or emergence of noise.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Checking is made in a cold condition of system of release. The warmed system needs to be cooled up to the external temperature.
ATTENTION

At rise and installation of the car on supports there is a danger! Therefore previously get acquainted with Poddomkrachivaniye's subsection of the car.
2. Lift and install the car on supports.
3. For the correct installation of system of release it is necessary to manufacture the auxiliary tool of M10 bolt, address an illustration. Sizes: x = 4 mm, y = 25 mm.
4. Weaken the bolt connection of a collar between the catalytic converter and the central muffler.
5. Insert the auxiliary tool through an opening (the shooter on an illustration) a forward cross-piece. Lysk specifies towards a suspension bracket finger.
ATTENTION

The muffler is drawn in by the auxiliary tool in the direction of the movement of the car.
6. Level the muffler across: The cross finger has to be parallel to a cross beam, the size (X) has to be identical at the left and on the right.
7. Expose the last muffler with a terminal pipe horizontally in relation to the car bottom.
8. Cars with the forward drive: Shift a terminal pipe on distance about 5 mm in relation to a tag of the corresponding marking in a collar. Marking (A), (arrow 1) belongs to all cars except for 1.6 l.

9. Fix a collar by the moment of 40 N of m. Bolts have to stand horizontally and specify to the left side of the car.
10. Take out the auxiliary tool from an opening in a cross-piece.
11. Lower the car on wheels.
