| 1. Remove a shaft and clamp it in a vice. At the same time protect a shaft aluminum slips. |
| 2. Note an edge of a protective cover on a shaft that at assembly to put a cover in its former position. |
| 3. Cut bokorezam collars on both protective covers and remove them. Displace a cover back. |
| 4. External hinge: Remove the hinge strong blow of the hammer from light metal from a shaft. |
| 5. Internal hinge: Remove a lock ring the corresponding nippers, for example, of VW-161a or HAZET 2525K. Press the hinge on the press, at the same time bring a support under an internal nave of the hinge. |

| 6. At installation of a protective cover on the hinge case the cover often contracts. Therefore fill a cover on small diameter with air by means of the screw-driver. |
| 7. Fill the hinge with AUDI G6.3 lubricant. Enter a half of lubricant into a cover, other half in the hinge. The total of lubricant is specified in Specifications. |
| 8. Adaptation (HAZET 1847) shown on an illustration has to be used to a clip of collars (the alloyed steel). Otherwise the necessary effort of a clip will not manage to be created. Put adaptation so that the cutting elements of adaptation settled down in corners (In). In this situation tighten the screw (A) a dynamometer key the moment of 25 N of m and thus pull a collar. |

ATTENTION
The carving of adaptation has to have the easy course. Otherwise previously grease it with MoS2 lubricant.
