ATTENTION

Clear vents of main shaft RKPP, the conducted disk if the former disk and vents of a nave is established. Remove a rust. Cover vents with a thin layer of MoS2 lubricant. Surely remove excess of lubricant.

The prileganiye surface to frictional slips should not contain lubricant flutes. Attention: Depth of installation of the VMT sensor has to correspond to various sizes of flywheels. Therefore in a case of coupling two various, having color marking carving traffic jams are screwed.

The aligning elements, vents grease with a thin layer of MoS2 lubricant.

Coupling at inclusion of transfer separates power communication between the engine and RKPP and provides thanks to frictional communication smooth torque transmission on a running gear at start-off from the place.

Coupling consists of a press disk, the conducted disk, the bearing of switching off of coupling and the hydraulic drive.

Press the disk is connected with a flywheel bolt connections. The flywheel is in turn connected with a bent shaft of the engine. Between a press disk and a flywheel there is a conducted disk which nestles on a flywheel a press disk. The conducted disk is connected with main shaft RKPP through shlitsevy connection.

By pressing a pedal of coupling via the main cylinder located in the lower part of the car, liquid under pressure it is transferred to the working cylinder. The piston of the working cylinder, pressing the coupling switching off bearing, the disk influences on press. At the same time the conducted disk is taken away from a flywheel. Power communication between the engine and RKPP is interrupted.
The hydraulic system of coupling uses the brake fluid arriving from the tank.

At each inclusion and switching off of coupling power influence is resulted by wear of frictional overlays of the conducted disk. The conducted disk represents a high-wear part. However the average term of its service makes more than 100 000 km. Wear of a disk depends generally on loading (operation with the trailer) and style of driving. Coupling does not demand service as it self-established.

Engines are, as a rule, equipped with a two-mass flywheel. The two-mass flywheel has the spring damping system promoting reduction of the fluctuations created by the engine. Besides, at the same time noise level in the range of low numbers of a turn decreases. The conducted clutch plate in this case consists of a nave, the conducted plate and frictional slips. The torsion springs are absent.
