| 1 – bolt, inhaling moment: 120 N of m + ј turn (90 °) The bolt should be replaced surely. The otvorachivaniye and a wraparound require the tool for deduction of Audi-3039. 2 – bolt, inhaling moment: 40 N of m + ј turn (90 °) The bolt should be replaced surely. 3 – bolt, 15 N of m 4 – lower cover of a gear belt 5 – average cover of a gear belt 6 – bolt, 10 N of m 7 – bolt, 45 N of m 8 – engine support 9 – top cover of a gear belt 10 – gear belt Check wear. Before removal mark the direction of rotation. Do not bend a belt. 11 – bolt, inhaling moment: 20 N of m + ј turn (90 °) 3 pieces, for TNVD pulley from two parts. Bolts are surely replaced. 12 – bolt, 20 N of m 13 – a bolt for the rejecting roller The inhaling moment at the console-29-with the spare part No.: 038 903 143 E/F: 17 N of m No.: 038 903 143 А/В: 20 N of m 14 – bolt, 45 N of m The otvorachivaniye and inhaling require the tool for deduction of Audi-3036. |
15 – camshaft pulley Acts from a cone with use of the hammer and a drift through an opening of a back cover of a gear belt. 16 – semi-automatic tension roller 17 – the rejecting roller 18 – TNVD pulley, execution from two parts 19 – bolt, 10 N of m 20 – bolt, 30 N of m 21 – back cover of a gear belt It is inserted in front at the lower edge behind a sealing flange 22 – pump of cooling liquid 23 – the rejecting roller It has to be disconnected before removal of the pump of cooling liquid. 24 – cogged pulley of a bent shaft On an adjacent surface a pulley / a bent shaft there should not be an oil. Working situation: the planes at a pulley and a bent shaft have to coincide. 25 – bolt, 30 N of m 26 – plug 27 – nut 28 – TNVD Do not turn off the central bolt on a nave of the pump. 29 – console 30 – bolt, 45 N of m |
