7.3. Removal and installation of the case of the mechanism of the choice of transfers
The lever of gear shifting is located in the case of the mechanism of the choice of transfers. Before replacement of cables of the drive of switching it is necessary to remove the case stated above.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

| 1. Engines of 1.8 l: Remove transfer choice drive cables a support at RKPP, at the same time address the subsection Removal, installation and check of coupling. |
|
2. Remove upward a switching lever cover (arrows on an illustration) and remove it via the handle. |
|
3. Weaken a collar (the shooter on an illustration) and remove the handle together with a cover. |
| 4. Take out a noise quencher at a switching lever cut. |
| 5. Separate system of release between a reception pipe and the central muffler. Turn off bolts and lower a cross-piece for fastening of the muffler at the bottom, at the same time address the subsection Removal and installation of system of release. |
| 6. Turn off bolts of fastening and disconnect the heat-shielding screen under the gear shifting lever. |

7. Turn off nuts (are specified by shooters) fastenings about the switching lever. |
| 8. Turn off from the lower party of the car 2 bolts of fastening at the case of the mechanism of the choice of transfers. |
| 9. Lower the case and take out completely with drafts back. |
